Book borrowing time line: Hassle free book borrowing duration that suits your needs, whether it's a few days, weeks, or even months. This allows you to read at your own pace and prioritize books according to your personal interests and time availability.
Quality Check: Book Borrower/ Book Lender need to check the book thoroughly at the time of delivery. Book Borrower/Lender need to inform within 24 hrs. of book delivery if any discrepancy or book damage*.
Penalty Charges: 50% of M.R.P. mention on Books or Website shall be applicable as penalty charges for book lost, Tear down or any damage
Book Lender: Book Lender need to make sure the uploaded book shall be available with lender. Book Lender need to make sure the book quality before uploading the books. Avoid damage* book upload.
Book Cost Refund: 50% of M.R.P. Can be claimed by Book lender (Associate reader) for book lost, tear down or any other damage*.
Members Ship Cancellation: Member ship can be cancelled any time due to below reasons:
- 3 Continuous complaint against the book lender e.g. book quality.
- Book not available for swap or not handover the book to logistic team in Continuous two attempts.
- Borrower returns book with damage* or refusing to pay the penalty charges within 15 days of penalty charge raised date.

Reward Points: Rewards points will be applicable for book swapper’s only .Book swappers will receive 100rewards points only on first book swap. 50 Rewards points on every book swap. 1 Point = 0.75 rs. Rewards points can be redeem against subscription renewal only. Min. 500 pts.is required for redemption.
